The Hopeful Days Calendar features a different local, national, or international charitable organization each month. The calendar also provides suggestions on how to be charitable through social action.
In addition to the "usual" holidays, the calendar also features special days sponsored by the U.N. Also, it contains an inspirational quote each month.
All proceeds from the sale of the calendars will benefit NetAid, a nonprofit organization that informs, educates, and inspires action against global poverty, and the Utz K'aslemal Association for Community Mental Health, founded by the Sisters of Charity of New York to aid Guatemalan victims of sociopolitical violence. Calendars can be purchased for $10 each, with a shipping cost of $3 for the first calendar, and $1 for each additional calendar.. Please send your name, address, phone number, and the number of calendars being orderd, along with a check or money order made out to "GSB Hopeful Days" to:
